Robin Andino, born in Washington D.C., comes from parents who immigrated from El Salvador in the 1980s, seeking asylum from the civil war in their home country. The family relocated to Charlotte, NC in 1989. Robin has been involved in construction since 2003, starting as a laborer in his father's company. Over time, he learned various roles within the company, eventually becoming the sole owner in 2016. He played a crucial role in steering the company through the housing market crash of 2008 by shifting its focus from new construction to stucco repair. Throughout the years, Robin has accumulated extensive experience in different projects and has adapted to new procedures. He aspires to continue his career in construction, with the ultimate goal of retiring and passing on his legacy to his family.
